For all products, Keep out of reach of children. Consult a physician if pregnant or nursing. Do not take if allergic to any ingredients listed on product.
1) Place 1 teaspoon of herbs into a glass jar (avoid plastic containers)
2) Add 8oz of boiling water over loose leaf herbs
3) Steep for 15 minutes and then strain
*For best results, drink tea at room temperature 3 times daily
*Do not combine more than 3 teas at a time
*Store your tea blends in dry dark places (ex: pantry, cabinet)
*Do not add any sweeteners, you can take the tea with fresh lemons and limes
*Once prepared, place left over tea in refrigerator for no longer than 48 hours

3) Strain the liquid separating the tea from the herbs
4) Add the tea directly to a full, warm bath, and enjoy! :)

5) Allow liquid to cool, test the temperature so you do not burn your skin
6) Squat or sit over pot for 30 minutes
7) Wrap a towel/blanket around your waist and legs to prevent the steam from escaping.
