Welcome to Holistix Roots and Remedies!

My name is Shuntrena, though many call me Tae. I am the proud owner and founder of Holistix Roots and Remedies, a passion project that blossomed into a business in late 2023, alongside my wonderful mother. Our mission is simple yet profound: to share the incredible knowledge and transformative power of herbal and natural remedies with others.

My journey into the world of holistic healing began in 2022 when I first discovered the magic of herbal teas. What started as a personal exploration soon turned into a life-changing experience. I was able to eliminate all Western medications from my life, relying solely on the natural healing properties of herbs. This wasn’t just a victory for me; I also witnessed profound changes in my family. My son, who was diagnosed with autism, and my daughter, who was diagnosed with ADHD, both experienced remarkable improvements as we transitioned to a more natural, herb-based lifestyle.

As part of our holistic approach, my family and I now practice a vegetarian diet, embracing the philosophy that we must "EAT" to "LIVE." This shift in our diet has been another step forward in our healing journey, one that we continue to refine and perfect every day. While I’m still a work in progress, I’ve learned so much along the way, and it’s become my mission to share this knowledge with others.
